Party A shall provide a warehouse of 2,000-3,000 square meters with two spans, one side designated as storage racks and the other as a maintenance area, requiring a lifting capacity of over 10 tons. Alternatively, Party A may provide 3 hectares of land, and Party B shall construct the maintenance base along with internal and external lifting facilities and accommodations.
The supplier information of all original suppliers requiring spare parts will be transferred to us after the bidding concludes for contract supervision, maintenance, and spare parts support. We will be responsible for tracking and procuring all product shipments, thereby reducing the procurement workload for Party A and improving the stability of spare parts inventory in the later stages.
