In industrial fluid transportation, equipment stability, durability, and economy directly determine production efficiency. After years of deep involvement in the industry, guided by user pain points, our company is today launching the newly structured NPS vertical pump. Optimized details empower production, achieving a dual leap in reliability and economy, providing a more worry-free and efficient fluid transportation solution!
The vertical pump is a core industrial transportation device, widely used in chemical, power, and other fields. This new NPS structured pump iterates precisely on the existing mature structure, retaining classic advantages while solving industry pain points. Every upgrade is closely aligned with practical needs.

01 Shaft Assembly Optimization: Prioritizing Stability, Doubling Durability
The shaft assembly is the "core framework" of a vertical pump. This time, we focused on optimizing the shaft assembly structure and process to completely solve traditional pump shaft vibration and bearing overheating issues.
After optimization, the shaft assembly operates more smoothly, the bearing overheating problem is significantly improved, failure rates are reduced, the overall machine lifespan is extended, downtime and maintenance are minimized, making it suitable for continuous 24-hour industrial operation.
02 Channel Steel Mounting Plate: Rigidity Upgrade, Stability Further Improved
Installation stability is the foundation for efficient equipment operation. The new structure uses a customized channel steel mounting plate to replace the traditional mounting structure, adapting to complex industrial scenarios.
The channel steel mounting plate offers stronger rigidity and better load-bearing capacity, making pump installation more stable, buffering operational vibrations, preventing faults caused by installation loosening, and reducing installation, commissioning, and subsequent maintenance costs.
03 Native Pump Head: Streamlined Process, Maximized Cost-Performance
The new NPS pump structure retains the classic original pump head, using an integrated casting process with no seams. Once completed, it can be directly assembled without additional machining.
This design ensures pump head sealing and conveyance performance, simplifies production processes, reduces manufacturing costs, maximizes cost-performance, and meets enterprises' needs for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

An upgrade, a double improvement; an optimization, multiple conveniences. This new structural upgrade of the NPS vertical pump not only inherits the mature technology of the original design but also deeply responds to user needs—it addresses practical usage issues such as shaft vibration, bearing overheating, and unstable installation, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment; at the same time, by streamlining processes and optimizing structure, it reduces manufacturing and maintenance costs, achieving a dual enhancement of reliability and economy.
From refining details to overall upgrades, from process optimization to cost control, we always take 'creating greater value for users' as our original intention, making Hanchang Mining Machinery a reliable partner in enterprise production! Helping companies improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, and seize the initiative in the wave of industrial upgrading, heading toward a new future of more efficient and stable production!
